Questions

Which files and machines?

A LightBurn file for laser, a DXF for CNC, or an SVG for xTool Creative Space and other software. "Hinge lines only" gives just the cut pattern for your own design.

How far will a living hinge bend?

It depends on your material and the pattern; the tool shows a rough guide. Cut the test strips on scrap to find what bends in your sheet.

Which pattern should I pick?

Straight, wavy, chevron, serpentine, diamond or honeycomb. Honeycomb bends both ways for domes and bowls.

Can I sell what I make?

Yes. It is free, and the files are yours.

Is anything uploaded?

No. It runs in your browser.
